Flaška is made of glass. Can it break?
Flaška is made from thick glass and is protected by a special protective sleeve. This makes it very resistant and will survive most everyday drops and accidents.
Which Flaška size is best for me?
If you can’t decide on the most appropriate size of Flaška, this video should do the trick.

How big is Flaška and how much does it weigh?
The height and weight of individual Flaška sizes including the protective neoprene sleeve:
- Flaška 0.3 l – height 24 cm, diameter 6 cm, weight 280g
- Flaška 0.5 l – height 27 cm, diameter 7 cm, weight 508 g
- Flaška 0.75 l – height 30 cm, diameter 8 cm, weight 667 g

Does Flaška contain BPA?
Flaška is made of glass and contains no BPA. Glass is the best material for storing water as it does not leach any toxic substances.
Where is Flaška produced?
Flaška is a Slovenian product. The glass bottles are produced in Italy while the final production phases (including programming) are carried out at Zgoša near Begunje in Slovenia.
Does the Flaška bottle cap provide a good seal?
The Flaška bottle cap provides the perfect seal. In case of wear or if it is destroyed or lost please e-mail us at contact@flaskasingapore.com and we will send you a new one.
Why is the neck of Flaška so narrow?
The narrow neck is characteristic of Flaška to which we remain faithful because it ensures easier drinking.
What material is the bottle cap made of?
The bottle cap is made of Expancork, which has obtained all the necessary certification for contact with food. For Cork Flaška models, the bottle cap is made of natural cork.

What is water structuring?
Water structuring, which happens inside Flaška, is the modifying of water’s vibrational structure to bring it closer to spring water.
What is glass programming?
Glass programming is a process composed of four phases. The most important is the TPS phase (technology of programming silicone).
Which or what kind of information is stored in the glass?
We use a programme consisting of various kinds of information from nature. This information is selected and harmonized with the aim of restoring the water’s original vibrational state.
Are you in possession of certificates which substantiate these assertions?

How long does it take for the water’s structure to change?
The vibrational structuring of water begins immediately after the water is poured into Flaška – wait at least 5 minutes to ensure the full effect.
For how long does Flaška structure the water?
Flaška d.o.o. guarantees its products bought after 1.1.2019 will be fully efficient and will structure water during their whole lifespan.
Which external influences cause the weakening of the Flaška after four years?
The influences of artificial and natural electromagnetic waves.
Is the structure of the water from the Flaška destroyed if we boil it?
Energy-intensive processes, such as boiling, actually destroy the structure of the water from the Flaška. That is why we suggest making the tea first and then pouring it (but not boiling) into the Flaška.
What is the seal imprinted on the bottom of the bottle?
The trademark on the bottom of the bottle, or cosmogram, has been designed specifically for Flaška by the Slovene geomancer Robi Lavin. The cosmogram protects the glass programme from malevolent influences.

How to clean Flaška?
Do not wash Flaška in a dishwasher. Clean it using a regular bottle brush and kitchen detergents (if needed). We recommend using an eco-detergent.
Can Flaška be used for the consumption of juices or other beverages?
It can. Here at Flaška company, we promote the consumption of water. However, Flaška can also be used to consume juices, tea etc.
There are signs of scale on my Flaška. What to do?
Pour into the bottle one part vinegar and two parts water. Leave overnight and the scale will decompose.
Is Flaška suitable both for hot and cold beverages?
It is. The water vibrational structuring process never stops and the glass is robust and will not break. However, do not pour boiling water into Flaška.
How should I put on/take off Flaška’s protective neoprene sleeve?
If you take the neoprene protective sleeve off the Flaška in the wrong way, the “ears” may start to tear. See how to correctly put on/take off the protective neoprene sleeve in this short video.

Is Flaška also suitable for fizzy drinks?
Because the Flaška bottle cap is in a form of a plug, the bottle is not suitable for fizzy drinks as the cap could be forced off the bottle.
I have lost/broken my bottle cap. What do I do?
